hi- I’ve had an access code for years 609 410 8686 on verizon. Recently when I dial it then hit # and my number it no longer asks me for my pin–It just hangs up. I assume if they shut down the access number I wouldn’t be able to put in my number. Can’t figure out whats wrong…any ideas
